Printing of Products
All of our products are printed on
acid-free cardstock. We only use the highest quality printers and

What Can I Expect?
Your order will be packaged appropriately and the products inside
should arrive in perfect condition. You will receive a receipt for
your order. When your package arrives please take a few minutes to
make sure that your order is complete. Please remember,
all printed materials are on cardstock and
are not cut or laminated. back to top
How We Ship our Products
We ship our products via Canada Post.
Your shipping charge is calculated according to the
weight of the items you've purchased. We have carefully
calculated all shipping weights so that your order will always be
shipped using AIR or Expedited delivery. We usually ship all orders
within 24-48 hours of receiving the order (but not over the
weekends). If you live in the US or Overseas, please remember
that your order is coming from Ontario Canada and can take a few
extra days to pass through customs. Once your order has been shipped
you will receive notification.

We accept the following
methods of payment:
PayPal -
It's FREE and you are not required to have
an account with PayPal (you can pay using your credit card as
a 'guest') and includes the following methods of payment:
credit cards, instant payment, bank transfer, eCheck, and
debit. When you are ready to make your payment you will be asked
which method of payment you prefer. Choose PayPal and click
"place order". On the next screen you must click on the
PayPal logo to be directed to PayPal to complete
your payment. Your order will not be completed unless
you complete and authorize the payment.
2. We also
offer the following payment options - please contact us to
confirm your choice:
Money Order - International or
World Money Order - please ensure it is cashable in Canada;
the Post Office and Wal-Mart are a few places to purchase MO's.
Certified Cheque/Bank
Draft - Visit your bank for this service.
Business Cheque - For school
accounts only.
Purchase Order (PO) - Schools
wishing to arrange for a PO, please FAX or mail your order
with the official PO #.
We do not
process credit card payments over the phone. All credit card
transactions will be directed through our merchant account with
PayPal - it's free for you and you do not require a PayPal

International/Overseas
Customers
International/Overseas customers
wishing to purchase 'printed' materials are not yet able
to do so on-line - you must contact us through email or by
phone. A Product List is available,
please request one
from us. International shipping is calculated manually, contact
us with your order and address for a shipping quote.
If you wish
to purchase PDF Files please feel free to
adjust your address to fit into the address fields (use ON L5C2N9
for State and Zip Code, or a variation of) and fill in the telephone
# as much as possible. Be sure to include your full and
correct address and telephone # in the Special Notes section
of the shopping cart upon checking out. This will allow you
to complete your order on-line. If you continue to have
trouble, please email us your order (using the item code #'s) and we
will manually process your order and send you an on-line payment

Problem with my order
Every effort is made to ensure
that every order is printed and packaged with great care. However,
occasionally printing errors do occur and are not caught before
being packaged. Please contact us. Include your order# and the
problem with your order. We will make every attempt to correct any
errors we've made and make sure that you are satisfied with your
purchases. back to top
Returns
You must contact us for authorization
prior to making any returns on printed materials. There are
no returns/refunds on PDF Files or CD Roms.
All printed items being returned must be received in original
selling condition. The Customer is responsible for all return
shipping costs. When we have received the items in good order we
will issue the refund, exchange or credit, less the original
shipping charge. Shipping charges will not be refunded
unless it was our

Our products are available in 3 Print
fonts: Century, D'Nealian & Grade 1 (French materials are
not available in Grade 1 font). Select your
font choice from the drop-down window at the bottom of each

PDF Files & CD
Roms
Purchasing our Adobe PDF Files or CD Rom(s) gives
you the freedom to print and reprint all of our materials as often
as you would like without having to purchase a new printed copy from
us. You receive the PDF Files very quickly (within hours by eMail,
if purchased during regular business hours), and you don't have to
pay for shipping. If you lose a piece of a lesson, want to print
copies of our Black Line Masters for years to come, or have several
classrooms that need the same materials - our PDF Files are
the answer!
Our PDF Files/CD Roms can be taken to any professional
printer (Staples, Kinkos, etc.) and save yourself the time of
printing. Many stores now accept on-line printing orders - just
send your files through their website and pick-up your printed order
when it's ready.
Our PDF Files/CD Roms can be used on both PC or MAC. They're
compatible with any platform!
All of our materials are available in PDF File format (can
be read and printed through Adobe Reader, which is a free program
that can be downloaded off the internet at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html ).
If you are purchasing individual Files they will be eMailed to
you and therefore there is no shipping charge. Or for a small
fee we will transfer individual Files on to CD and
ship it to you - see 'Create a CD Rom' in our PDF File section.
