Our Designer - Our Montessori Materials are designed by an AMI Primary Montessori Teacher who was trained by Renilde Montessori (Maria Montessori's granddaughter). Our designer has over 18 years of experience; in the Casa classroom, as a Homeschooling parent, as Head Administrator of a Montessori school, and has consulted on the design, opening, and licensing of 2 Primary Montessori Schools. Printed Materials - We no longer offer printed Montessori Materials. Our printable Montessori materials in digital format (pdf files) are much more affordable. We can offer much lower prices, there are NO shipping charges, and printable Montessori materials offer you much more flexibility. The best part though, is that our Montessori materials are received instantly by email. You literally can have Montessori materials in minutes! back to top
Why purchase files or a CD Rom? Purchasing our printable Montessori materials in PDF Files or CD Rom(s) gives you the freedom to print and reprint all of your purchased Montessori materials as often as you would like. If you lose a piece of a Montessori material, want to print additional copies of our Black Line Masters, or have several children/classrooms within your school that require the same Montessori materials - our Montessori materials in PDF Files or CD Roms are the answer!
Our printable Montessori materials can be taken to any professional printer (Staples, Kinkos, etc.) and save yourself the time of printing. Many stores now accept on-line printing orders - just send your files through their website and pick-up your printed order when it's ready.

You may not copy, sell, or distribute files or printed copies from these files. You agree that all copies of these files will remain under your control and possession. By clicking the 'Place Order" button, you are agreeing to the purchase of these items from this web-site in accordance with the Terms and Conditions." If you upload our files (even the free files) to any file sharing sites, your own website or blog, copy, sell, distribute, or share the files or printed copies of them, you may be subject to legal action.
Schools (including Home schools) and Care Providers - Purchase 1 file and make additional printed copies for several classrooms. All printed copies must stay in the school. The school is responsible for maintaining possession and control of the original file and all copies of the printed material. Any blackline masters included with the file may be printed and distributed to each child as required for the completion of the lesson/material.
Tutoring and services for payment - Purchase 1 file per child if the child will be removing the printed copies/materials from your possession and control. Any blackline masters included with the file may be printed and distributed to each child as required for the completion of the lesson/material. Once you lose possession and control of the additional printed copies, you may be subject to legal action should the removed items be uploaded, shared, copied, distributed or sold.

Store - We are an on-line company. We do not have a brick and mortar store that you can visit. All our printable Montessori materials are available in our store. Each product has a full listing and a picture of the Montessori material that you can zoom in on . We do have Free Montessori materials available on our site for instant download. Visit our Free Montessori Materials page, download and print. Yes, they are absolutely free! No strings attached. Please do not share or forward our free Montessori materials on to your friends or home school groups - instead, direct them to our free Montessori materials page and have them download their own copy. Register an account - To register an account click 'Store' then 'Register'. There is no cost to become a registered member. If you register we can make your shopping experience easier by keeping track of billing and contact information in a fully secured environment protected by SSL technology. Added benefits include a member profile page and the ability to view your account history (purchases) with us. This will mean you have the ability to access your Montessori material downloads directly on our site at all times. You will want this feature if you have a computer crash or delete your downloaded files by accident. back to top
Accepted payments - Our printable Montessori materials can be paid for by Credit Cards, and PayPal (includes credit cards, instant payment, bank transfer, eCheck, and debit). After payment - You'll receive a "Download Products Notice" by email within a minute or two of completing your payment. The email will contain the link for your PDF digital file download. As well, if you have a registered account with us, you can sign in to your account and click 'My Account', click 'View Order History' and all past orders are listed with download links. Please note: If you are not signed in to your account when you place an order, it will not show up in your order history. back to top
Did my payment go through? Our online system is automated. As soon as our system receives an accepted form of payment your download links for
your printable Montessori materials will be sent to you by email. You will also receive a receipt for
your order - be sure to print yourself a copy. If
you do not receive your links immediately by email please consider the following:
- Perhaps you have not completed the payment process; if you choose PayPal you will be prompted to either sign into your PayPal account (if you have one), or use their service as a 'guest' - in which case you will be prompted to input your credit card and authorize the payment.
- Our email has been considered Spam - check your Spam/Bulk folder.
- You
have typed in the wrong/incorrect email address. Almost every day we
have an order placed with an incorrect email address!
- Our email address has been 'blacklisted' by your email service. This can happen if you are placing an order from your place of work and they have blacklisted email addresses that do not pertain to your particular work service or business, or the email is considered suspicious due to the link it contains.
International address - We are working on the address fields of our checkout to include all world wide addresses. We apologize if your country is not yet listed. We value your business and hope you will bear with us until our shopping cart is modified to properly accept ALL International addresses. To purchase our printable Montessori materials please feel free to adjust your address to fit into the address fields. This will allow you to complete your order on-line.
If you continue to have trouble adjusting the address fields, please email us your order (using the item code #'s). We will manually process your order and send you an on-line payment form to complete your payment. If we manually process your order you will not receive an instant download link for your Montessori materials. We will process your order as quickly as possible, but this can take up to 8 hours - depending on what time of day you complete your payment. back to top
Update Account Info - To update your contact information you must first Sign In. Click My Account pm the menu bar to access your account information. Select the Profile for which you wish to update the contact information. Make you changes and then click Save. back to top
Forgotten Password - Below the Sign In box is a link "Forgot your password?". Click the link and you will be directed to a page where you can enter your account email address. After you enter your account email address, click on "Get Password" below the box. The password will be sent to your email address. back to top
View Previous Orders - To view your order history you must first Sign In. Click My Account on the menu bar to access your account information. Select View Order History from the My Account menu and then select the order number for the order you wish to view. You may download your files from your previous orders directly from your Order History. Please note: If you were not signed in to your registered account when you made your past purchases, they will not show up in your Order History. back to top
Lost files - We're so sorry to hear of your computer troubles. We have also suffered some computer crashes over the years and understand how devastating the loss of information can be. But don't worry! Everything you have purchased from us is still available to you. As of Feb 14 2009, all purchases made on a registered account have unlimited access online. Simply follow these easy steps to access and download your Montessori materials again:
- Click over to our store and sign in to your account.
- On the top navigation bar, click on "My Account".
- Find "My Account Options" and click on "View Order
History"
- Select an order from the list and click on "Download"
Problems - Cyber space is not perfect. And neither are those of us who work in the office. Sometimes files can get scrambled up or become corrupt during the process of uploading or downloading. And sometimes us humans in the office make mistakes. If you encounter a problem with your printable Montessori materials please contact us! If you're unable to reach us by telephone, please send an email (we'll get that faster than a telephone message). Include your order# and the problem with your order. We will do everything we can to assist you and make sure that you are satisfied with your Montessori materials. If you contact us during the night (Eastern time, Ontario/Canada) no one will be in the office. Leave us a voice message or email and we'll get to your order ASAP in the morning. Please double check your email address as we're unable to reach you unless it is correct (you'd be surprised how many people make typos in their email address). back to top
Returns/Refunds - Due to the nature of Digital Files and CD Roms there are No Returns or Refunds.

Once a digital download order has been placed and the download links have been accessed there are NO REFUNDS.

If you have purchased a digital file in error and have not yet accessed the download please contact us BEFORE downloading the file.

Once a CD Rom purchase has left our facility for shipping there are NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS.

If a purchased file is corrupt or not opening correctly please contact us so that we can upload a fresh file for you.

Replacement CD Roms Our policy is the same as any other retail business: We will not replace any lost, stolen, or misplaced CD Roms - even if you have a copy of your receipt or an Invoice #. If you were to purchase a handbag from Walmart and then lose the handbag, Walmart will not replace the handbag for you (regardless of if you have the receipt or not). To replace your lost or stolen CD Rom you will need to purchase another one at the price currently listed in our store.

CD Rom Returned to Sender If your CD Rom purchase is shipped by Xpresspost and no one is available to receive/sign for your delivery, you will be left a delivery notice card that will indicate where you are to pick up your package from your local post office. Canadian and US post offices are required to hold your package for 7 days. If your package is not claimed within 7 days it is automatically returned to our office. You are responsible for picking up your package from your local post office within 7 days if no one is available to sign for your package at the addressed shipping location.
If you paid full price for your CD Rom then we will attempt a second shipping of your item at our expense. If you purchased your CD Rom on sale and the shipping was free, then you will be charged the base rate for the second shipping of your item.

Open Bundle Zip Files Zip files do not open immediately like the pdf downloads do. The pdf files in the digital bundles are zipped to make the file smaller for download.
- Save the downloaded .zip file to the hard drive.
- Locate the saved .zip file.
- Right click on the file and select "extract all". This will open the extraction wizard.
- Click "next" and then select the location to extract the files to. (Extract the files to a place you can find easily, i.e. "My Documents")
- You can choose the option to "Make a new folder". (i.e. Montessori Files)
- Click "ok."
- Click "next" to begin the extraction process.
- Make sure that the "Show Extracted Files" option is checked.
- Click "Finish" when complete.
- The newly created file will open and you can access all the files within it.
